How long does a custom order take?
Most pieces take 1–3 weeks from approved design to delivery. Memorial plaques and large rugs may take a little longer — we'll always give you a real timeline up front.
How does the design approval work?
After you submit your request and photos, we send a digital proof for you to review. You can request edits before we begin making the physical piece — no surprises.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We ship across the US via USPS, UPS and FedEx. You'll get tracking when your order goes out.
Can I send my own photo or artwork?
Absolutely. Photos, kids' drawings, logos, sketches, handwriting samples — bring it all. The more personal, the better.
Do you take rush orders?
Sometimes — please reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best. Rush orders may incur a small additional fee depending on the piece.
What's your refund policy?
Because every piece is made just for you, custom orders can't be refunded once production begins. If something arrives damaged, we'll always make it right.
